I cycle to work and usually arrive with my hair flattened under a helmet. I am considering a fringe, but the maintenance matters more than a perfect salon photograph. At the moment my hair is shoulder length. My morning routine leaves little time for styling. I have been looking at curtain bang lengths because I want to discuss actual lengths with my hairdresser rather than point vaguely at an attractive picture. I would prefer pieces that tuck behind my ears. Most days I part my hair down the middle. I know a virtual image will not reproduce helmet pressure or show how my own hair dries, so I would treat it as a conversation aid. Does anyone here manage a similar fringe after cycling? The less polished days matter to me too. A quick brush is realistic for me. Regular heat styling would be harder to maintain.
